Valerian: Well known as a relaxant and sleeping agent, used in our tea for its ability to act as a sedative, muscle relaxant, hypotensive and nervine tonic. Used for insomnia, migraines, colic, muscle tension and spasms, anxiety and restlessness. For the best results continued use is advised.
California Poppy: Comes from a beautiful reddish, orange flower and is a natural sedative to induce sleep as it promotes relaxation within the body. Also used for insomnia, hyperactivity and A.D.D.
Skullcap: Used as a sedative for nervousness, anxiety and for the central nervous system. May also reduce muscular tics and can improve memory and learning. It may assist in counteracting the negative effects of excessive stress.
Passion Flower: Assists in the transition to a peaceful sleep without that hangover feeling. Used for anxiety and restlessness, insomnia, hypnotic, anti-spasmotic and nervous digestive disorders. Good to use for children and can be used as a supportive treatment for withdrawals from alcohol, opiates and cannabis.

I enjoy a cup of slumber an hour before sleeping. I can slowly feel its effects take over my body promoting relaxation of my body and mind.
